City of Harare employee offers US$20 maintenance

A City of Harare employee was hauled to court by his ex-wife over maintenance for their two minor children.
Angelina Amos dragged Takunda Kugara to court claimimg US$250 as he was no longer fending for his children.
In his response Kugara told the court that he remarried, has four other children and from his US$450 earnings he offered US$20 for the two minor children.
Magistrate Marehwanazvo Gofa who presided over the matter ordered Kugara to pay US$80 for the two minor children with effect from January 31.
