High Court stops Chief Justice interviews

The ruling by Justice Hungwe follows a court application by a fourth year University of Zimbabwe (UZ) law student Romeo Zibani seeking an order to stop the interviews

Zibani want President Mugabe in the interim to set up a panel of retired Judges to be submitted to the JSC to pick the next Chief Justice.
