Rape charges, Prophet Magaya now a ‘free man’

Charismatic preacher and founder of Healing and Deliverance Ministries (PHD) Walter Magaya’s bail condition has been scrapped by the courts
Magaya is facing charges of raping a former follower of his church and a Midlands State University.
The bail conditions were relaxed earlier this year.
The Magistrate court also ordered the state to furnish Magaya with his trial date when he appears next for remand on 15 November.
