ICT Minister Supa Mandiwanzira said he is not a ‘super minister’ and he is not responsible for the arrest of #ThisFlag campaigner Pastor Evan Mawarire. Mandiwanzira was live on current affairs programme on StarFM radio station when he told listeners that those who are responsible must be answerable to why he was arrested? “I think that you want to drag me into a conversation that you should be inviting the Minister of Home Affairs or the Police Chief. “Am neither of those two but am here to talk about issues related to use of social media, ICT and that is my space I am not a Super Minister though my name is Supa Mandiwanzira but I stick to my territory. He emphasised that government views social media as a very important tool for development and will not ban it and those spreading such, on social media are users with a sinister agenda against ZANU PF government.

“This is a hype that is being created in the social media space by people with an agenda who wants this Government to look terrible, who want the Ministry to look like it doesn’t know what it is doing please forgive us we don’t have that intention.
