Rev T.T Chivaviro' s Ebenezer song which won a continental gong for the Best Collaboration at a function held at Trumpert Africa Music Gospel Award held in South Afrcia in the month of May 2016,has again been nominated for the Prestigious Ingoma Awards in the Republic of South Africa writes Silvester Tapfumaneyi.
The song its self continues to surprise Rev Chivaviro, Which has a record 815,858 You Tube views and is the only Gospel song to reach eight hundred thousand in a short space of time exactly, one year one month one week and one day at the time of writing this story, Only two circular songs known to this reporter have surpassed this mark off which they have built their views over many years unlike Ebenezer which continues to garner more views considering that it was published on May11,2015 with 3,255 subscribers, Another Zimbabwean song by Joseph Garakara’s Idya Banana is currently at 950,387 views and having 2,213 subscribers having been published on the Feb 17,2008. Eight years difference.
